Borja Larrondo / résidency 2022-2023

The CRP/ welcomes the Spanish artist Borja Larrondo in residence for the year 2022-2023. After a first visit to the CRP/ in May 2022, the photographer’s research and creation project has been refined and focuses on the geographical area of Denaisis and Valenciennois.

Wishing to capture the youth of this territory in its most accurate reality, he will realize a series of photographs during the year 2023, in the continuation of works engaged on the same theme in other regions of France and Spain. Through his lens, he will attempt to (re)present the faces of this youth of today, who reside on this former site of the mining basin.
