Max Lerouge tracked the construction of Euralille, from the surveyor’s first assessments to the completion of the district that is gradually becoming part of the city. He tracked all of its manifestations: the ground digging, the discovery of historical strata, the destruction of old networks, the construction of new ones compatible with new surface infrastructures, the emergence of Lille-Europe station, the demolition of the trade fair palace, the birth of the congress center…
